免疫组化技术在病理诊断中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Immunohistochemical Technique in Pathological Diagnosis

目的 探究免疫组化技术在病理诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年6月本院接收的72例病理组织样本作为研究对象。所有病理组织样本患者均经穿刺或活检确诊患有宫颈癌及乳腺癌。依据病理组织样本制作切片技术方式分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各36例。观察组采用免疫组化技术,对照组采用传统技术。比较两组制片效果,对疾病的漏诊率、错诊率及确诊率,患者对两组制片技术配合度评分情况。结果 观察组病理组织切片制作优良率94.44%显著高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)。观察组对疾病的漏诊率、错诊率分别为2.78%、2.78%均显著低于对照组的11.11%、16.67%,观察组确诊率为94.44%显著高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05)。患者对观察组制片技术信任感、心理问题、生理问题评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 免疫组化技术可保证病理组织切片的制片质量优良率,降低对疾病诊断的漏诊率、错诊率,提高患者的配合度,临床应用价值重大。

Objective To explore the clinical value of immunohistochemical technique in pathological diagnosis.Methods 72 pathological tissue samples from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients with pathological tissue samples were diagnosed with cervical cancer and breast cancer by puncture or biopsy.According to the method of making sections of pathological tissue samples,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Immunohistochemical technique was used in the observation group and traditional technique was used in the control group.The results of the two groups were compared,including the missed diagnosis rate,wrong diagnosis rate and diagnosis rate of the disease,and the score of patients on the technical cooperation of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of pathological tissue sectioning in the observation group was 94.44%,significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and wrong diagnosis rate of the observation group were 2.78%and 2.78%respectively,which were significantly lower than 11.11%and 16.67%of the control group.The diagnosis rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 72.22%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of patients'trust in production technology,psychological problems and physiological problems in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunohistochemical technology can ensure the quality and excellent rate of pathological tissue sections,reduce the missed diagnosis rate and wrong diagnosis rate of disease diagnosis,and improve the cooperation degree of patients.It is of great clinical application value.
