中医药在疟疾防治中的应用进展

Application Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Malaria Prevention and Cure

疟疾是一种由疟原虫感染经按蚊传播的全球性传染病,严重危害人民群众身体健康。传统中医药是中华民族的瑰宝,随着中医药事业的蓬勃发展,中药在疟疾防控方面取得了举世瞩目的成就,如屠呦呦教授提纯的青蒿素明显降低了疟疾患者的死亡率,并获得了2015年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖。本文系统整理了古代中医药典籍记载、中药煎剂临床应用和动物实验及药理学研究上取得的成果,为抗疟药物研发提供参考。

Malaria is a global infectious disease transmitted by Anopheles mosquitoes and infected by plasmodium,which seriously harms people's health.Traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of the Chinese nation.With the vigorous development of traditional Chinese medicine,it has made remarkable achievements in malaria prevention and cure.For example,Professor Tu Youyou's purified artemisinin has significantly reduced the mortality rate of malaria patients and won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.In this paper,records of ancient Chinese medicine,clinical application of Chinese medicine decoctions,animal experiments and pharmacological studies were systematically reviewed to provide reference for the development of antimalarial drugs.
