摘要
目的 探讨奥曲肽联合间苯三酚对急性胰腺炎的疗效及对WBC、CRP及AMS水平的影响。方法选取2020年5月-2021年8月收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分对照组(40例,奥曲肽治疗)和观察组(40例,奥曲肽+间苯三酚治疗),比较两组患者治疗疗效、WBC、CRP、AMS水平、血清炎性介质指标、不良反应等。结果 治疗疗效比较(χ^(2)=7.4397,P<0.05),即观察组优于对照组;两组患者治疗前AMS指标的比较(t=0.0022,P>0.05),治疗后,观察组AMS(t=54.8813)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前CRP、WBC指标的比较(t=0.0348、0.0221,P>0.05),治疗后,观察组CRP(t=15.2169)、WBC(t=15.2169)低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率比较(x2=0.2133,P>0.05)结果为观察组低于对照组。结论 临床治疗急性胰腺炎可考虑采用奥曲肽联合间苯三酚,可明显降低机体AMS、WBC、CRP指标,并改善血清炎性指标,高效安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of octreotide combined with phloroglucinol on acute pancreatitis and its effects on WBC,CRP and AMS levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,octreotide treatment)and observation group(40 cases,octreotide+phlorogalcinol treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effect,WBC,CRP,AMS levels,serum inflammatory mediators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of therapeutic efficacy(χ^(2)=7.4397,P<0.05),that is,observation group 95%vs control group 72.50%;Comparison of AMS indexes between 2 groups before treatment(t=0.0022,P>0.05),after treatment,AMS in observation group(t=54.8813)was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);After treatment,CRP(t=15.2169)and WBC(t=15.2169)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared(x2=0.2133,P>0.05)the results were observation group vs control group,i.e.5%vs.7.50%.Conclusion Octreotide combined with phloroglyphol can significantly reduce AMS,WBC,CRP and improve serum inflammatory indicators in the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis,with high efficiency and safety.
