温针灸联合中药熏蒸对膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的 分析膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施温针灸联合中药熏蒸治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2019年10月-2022年2月间本院收治的92例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按随机数表法分为试验组(n=46)、对照组(n=46)。对照组患者实施中药熏蒸治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合温针灸治疗。对比两组临床疗效、膝关节功能和炎症因子水平。结果 试验组治疗后日常活动受限(15.72±2.35)分、关节僵硬(0.98±0.22)分、关节疼痛(2.87±0.44)分WOMAC评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者MMP-3、TNF-α、IL-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施温针灸联合中药熏蒸治疗可有效提高患者临床疗效,改善患者骨关节炎症状,减轻炎症因子水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from October 2019 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=46)and reference group(n=46).The patients in the reference group were treated with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy,knee function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the WOMAC score of daily activities limitation(15.72±2.35),joint stiffness(0.98±0.22)and joint pain(2.87±0.44)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(95.65%)was higher than that in the control group(82.61%)(P<0.05);the levels of MMP-3,TNF-αand IL-1 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal fumigation can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
