ICU临床护理教学标准化操作规程的制定与应用

摘要 目的 制定ICU临床护理教学的标准化操作规程,探讨其应用效果。方法 采用历史对照研究法,选择本院2020年3~10月ICU实习护生38名作为对照组,2021年3~10月ICU实习护生33名作为试验组,分别实施常规的临床护理教学,及标准化操作规程指引下的临床护理教学,比较两组实习护生的出科考试成绩、护生核心能力以及对护理带教的总体满意度。结果 试验组护生的出科理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护生6个维度的核心能力得分及总得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护生对带教的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在ICU临床护理教学中应用标准化操作规程,可为教学过程提供科学化、系统化、规范化的理论指导,改善教学效果。 Objective To formulate the standardized operating procedures of clinical nursing teaching in ICU and explore its application effect.Methods Using the historical control research method,38 ICU nursing students in our hospital from March to October 2020 were selected as the control group and 33 ICU nursing students from March to October 2021 were selected as the experimental group.Routine clinical nursing teaching and clinical nursing teaching under the guidance of standardized operating procedures were implemented respectively,and the graduation examination scores、the core competence of nursing students and their overall satisfaction with nursing teaching of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory test and operation test of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The core competence scores and total scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized operating procedures in ICU clinical nursing teaching can provide scientific,systematic and standardized theoretical guidance for the teaching process and improve the teaching effect.
