加速康复外科护理在脑胶质瘤患者围手术期中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Nursing in Patients with Glioma During Perioperative Period

目的 观察围术期脑胶质瘤患者护理中加速康复外科护理的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2021年12月本院收治的脑胶质瘤患者112例,其中加速康复外科护理56例设为A组,56例常规围术期护理设为B组,比较围术期情况、生活质量、睡眠质量、手术并发症情况、患者满意度。结果 围术期比较,A组手术完成较快,恢复效率比较理想(P<0.05);生活质量比较,A组SF-36评分高于B组(P<0.05);睡眠质量比较,A组PSQI评分低于B组(P<0.05);并发症比较,A组发生率[10.71%(6/56)]低于B组[35.71%(20/56)](P<0.05);满意度比较,A组[98.21%(55/56)]高于B组[80.36%(45/56)](P<0.05)。结论 应用加速康复外科进行脑胶质瘤围术期护理,可改善围术期情况、生活与睡眠质量,预防并发症,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative patients with glioma.Methods A total of 112 patients with glioma were selected from January 2018 to December 2021,including 56 patients with accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing as group A and 56 patients with routine perioperative nursing as group B,and the perioperative situation,quality of life,quality of sleep,surgical complications and patient satisfaction were compared.Results Compared with the perioperative period,the operation of group A was completed faster and the recovery efficiency was ideal(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The PSQI score of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A[10.71%(6/56)]was lower than that in group B[35.71%(20/56)](P<0.05).The satisfaction of group A[98.21%(55/56)]was higher than that of group B[80.36%(45/56)](P<0.05).Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for perioperative care of glioma can improve perioperative situation,life and sleep quality,prevent complications and improve patient satisfaction.
