改良早期预警评分对危重症院前急救患者病情程度及预后的评估价值

The Evaluation Value of Modified Early Warning Score on the Severity and Prognosis of Critically Ill Patients Undergoing Pre Hospital Emergency Treatment

目的 探讨改良早期预警评分(MEWS)对危重症院前急救患者病情程度及预后的价值。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年4月本院院前急救患者200例,根据医院实际情况进行分组,每组各100例,对照组100例行常规急救护理,观察组100例行MEWS干预,对两组干预结果进行比较。结果 观察组急救效率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组转入专科率、转入ICU率相比,无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组好转出院率较为37.00%,较对照组20.00%高,观察组急诊留观率、死亡率分别为13.00%、3.00%,均较对照组35.00%、15.00%低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为97.00%,较对照组89.00%高(P<0.05)。结论 MEWS评分系统在危重症院前急救患者中应用价值较高,可提高急救效率,促进患者转归及预后,还可提高护理满意率,值得应用。

Objective To explore the value of modified early warning score(mews)in the severity and prognosis of critically ill patients undergoing pre hospital emergency treatment.Methods 200 patients with pre hospital emergency treatment from May 2021 to April 2022,and were divided into groups according to the actual situation of the hospital.100 patients in the control group received routine emergency care and 100 patients in the observation group received mews intervention.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results The first aid efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of transferring to specialist department and ICU(P>0.05).The improvement and discharge rate of the observation group was 37.00%,higher than 20.00%of the control group,and the emergency observation rate and mortality rate of the observation group were 13.00%and 3.00%,respectively,lower than 35.00%and 15.00%of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.00%,higher than 89.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mews scoring system is of high value in the application of pre hospital emergency treatment for critically ill patients,which can improve the efficiency of emergency treatment,promote the prognosis and prognosis of patients,and also improve the nursing satisfaction rate,which is worthy of application.
