中药熏洗对产后子宫恢复的护理效果评价

Effect Assessment of Chinese Herb Fumigation on the Postpartum Uterine Recovery

目的 分析中药熏洗对于产后子宫恢复的护理效果。方法 选取2020年8月-2021年10月于本院开展剖宫产分娩的产妇总共66例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成对照组(予以常规护理)和观察组(于对照组基础上加以中药熏洗)各有33例,比较两组护理前及护理后不同时间的产后出血量及子宫高度;护理前后匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)得分;血性恶露及宫缩痛维持时间。结果 护理前,两组产后出血量、子宫高度及PSQI得分相比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组产后出血量少于对照组,子宫高度及PSQI得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血性恶露、宫缩痛维持时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药熏洗对于产后子宫恢复护理效果确切,能促进产妇的产后子宫恢复,缩短其血性恶露及宫缩痛的持续时间,降低其出血量,改善其睡眠质量,值得采用。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of Chinese herb fumigation on the postpartum uterine recovery.Methods 66 puerperas of undergoing the Cesarean section from August 2020 to October 2021 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,puerperas were assigned to control group(n=33,routine care)and observation group(n=33,routine care and Chinese herb fumigation).The postpartum bleeding volume,uterine height,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,duration of bloody lochia and uterine contraction were compared.Results Before care,the postpartum bleeding volume,uterine height and PSQI scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after care,the postpartum bleeding volume in the observation group was smaller than control group;the uterine height and PSQI scores were lower than control group(P<0.05);the duration of bloody lochia and uterine contraction in the observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herb fumigation can promote the postpartum uterine recovery,reduce the duration of bloody lochia and uterine contraction,and postpartum bleeding volume and improve the sleep quality.It is worthy of application.
