协同护理对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪和生存质量的影响

Effect of Collaborative Nursing on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的 探究协同护理对维持性血液透析患者负性情绪和生存质量的影响。方法 选取本院2020年8月-2021年6月收治的72例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照随机数字表法分成实验组、对照组,每组各36例。对照组患者采取常规护理,实验组患者采取协同护理。观察、对比两组患者的负性情绪、生存质量以及护理满意度。结果 护理后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分低均于护理前,且实验组低于参比组;SF-36各项评分均高于护理前,且实验组高于参比组(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度高于参比组(P<0.05)。结论 维持性血液透析患者给予协同护理效果确切,可明显改善患者负性情绪,提高生存质量和护理满意度,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 72 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital from August 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group took routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group took collaborative nursing.The negative emotion,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group;The scores of SF-36 were higher than those before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of collaborative nursing for maintenance hemodialysis patients is accurate,which can significantly improve the negative emotion of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
