全面提高基层医院手术室护理质量促进手术室管理的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Improving Operating Room Nursing Quality of Primary Hospitals Comprehensively and Promoting Operating Room Management

目的 探讨全面提高基层医院手术室护理质量对促进手术室管理的效果。方法 本研究共纳入本院在2017年5月-2021年6月收治的手术患者共300例以及专科护理人员24名作为试验对象,通过抽签的方式对患者及护理人员进行分组,其中对照组150例患者和12名护理人员,观察组150例患者和12名护理人员。为对照组开展常规手术室护理管理,为观察组开展强化手术室护理管理,对不同组别患者的手术相关指标(手术前准备时间、患者接送时间、手术时间)、护理满意度、不良事件发生率、护理质量评分进行对比分析,同时比较不同组别护理人员的安全意识评分。结果 与对照组患者相比,观察组患者手术前准备时间、患者接送时间、手术时间更短,在统计学内数据差异有意义(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的护理满意度评分及护理质量评分更高,不良事件发生率更低,在统计学内数据差异有意义(P<0.05);与对照组护理人员相比,观察组护理人员的安全意识评分更高,在统计学内数据差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过加强手术室护理管理工作,对提升基层医院手术室护理质量和工作效率均具有重要作用,因此可将该种护理管理模式进行推广应用。

Objective To explore effect of comprehensively improving nursing quality in operating room of grassroots hospitals on promoting operating room management.Methods The paper chose 300 surgical patients and 24 specialized nursing personnel admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2021 as experimental subjects,and divided them into groups by drawing lots,including 150 patients and 12 nursing personnel in control group,and 150 patients and 12 nursing personnel in observation group.Control group was treated with routine operating room nursing management,and observation group with operating room nursing management strengthening.Comparative analysis was conducted on surgical related indicators(preoperative preparation time,patient pickup time,surgical time),nursing satisfaction degree,adverse events incidence,and nursing quality scores of different groups,while safety awareness scores of nursing personnel in different groups were compared.Results Observation group had shorter preoperative preparation time,patient pickup time,and surgical time than control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Observation group had higher nursing satisfaction degree and nursing quality scores,and lower incidence of adverse events than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Nursing staff in observation group had higher scores of safety awareness than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing management of operating room plays an important role in improving nursing quality and efficiency of operating room of grassroots hospitals,it is necessary to promote and and apply the nursing management model.
