罗湖区儿童诺如病毒感染影响因素的Logistic回归分析

Logistic Regression Analysis of Influencing Factors of Norovirus Infection in Children in Luohu District

目的 研究罗湖区儿童诺如病毒感染影响因素的Logistic回归分析结果。方法 回顾性分析2021年1~12月在本区就诊的1000例急性肠胃炎患儿的病历资料,分析患儿的诺如病毒感染情况及季节、年龄、性别与感染的关系,根据Logistic回归分析法探究罗湖区儿童诺如病毒感染影响因素。结果 就诊患儿中,诺如病毒阳性感染者172例,占比17.2%,以GⅡ型为主,共125例,占比72.67%。患儿冬春季、年龄≤7岁者的比例明显高于夏秋季、年龄>7岁的比例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经单因素分析发现,菜板生熟未分以及饭前洗手习惯均和急性肠胃炎患儿诺如病毒感染密切相关(P<0.05);而性别和急性肠胃炎患儿诺如病毒感染无关(P>0.05)。经Logistic回归显示,罗湖区儿童诺如病毒感染影响因素包括切菜板生熟未分、饭前无洗手习惯及发病前接触腹泻患者(P<0.05)。结论 罗湖区儿童诺如病毒感染患儿主要为冬春季发病,且年龄以低龄为主,影响其发病的因素包括切菜板生熟未分、饭前无洗手习惯及发病前接触腹泻者,值得临床关注。

Objective To study the Logistic regression analysis results of influencing factors of children norovirus infection in Luohu District.Methods The medical records of 1000 children with acute gastroenteritis admitted to our center from January to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the norovirus infection status and the relationship between season,age,gender and infection were analyzed.The influencing factors of norovirus infection in children in Luohu district were explored by Logistic regression analysis.Results Among the hospitalized children,172 cases were norovirus positive,accounting for 17.2%,and 125 cases were GⅡtype,accounting for 72.67%.The proportion of children aged less than 7 years in winter and spring was significantly higher than those aged>7 years in summer and autumn,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that raw and uncooked cutting board and washing hands before meals were closely related to norovirus infection in children with acute gastroenteritis(P<0.05).Gender were not associated with norovirus infection in children with acute gastroenteritis(P>0.05).Logistic regression showed that the influencing factors of children's norovirus infection in Luohu district included uncooked cutting board,no hand-washing habit before meals and patients with diarrhea before onset(all P<0.05).Conclusion The onset of norovirus infection in children in Luohu District is mainly in winter and spring,and the age is mainly young.The factors affecting the onset of norovirus infection include uncooked cutting board,no habit of washing hands before meals,and contact with diarrhea before onset,which is worthy of clinical attention.
