在校助产专业本科生人文关怀能力现状及影响因素的研究

摘要 目的 了解在校助产专业本科生人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素,为助产教育提供参考。方法 采用人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI)和一般情况调查表对某校309名在校助产本科学生进行调查。结果 助产专业本科生人文关怀能力总分为(180.7±19.63)分,与父母亲的关系、与同学的关系以及是否参加社会人文实践活动是影响在校助产专业本科生人文关怀能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 助产专业本科生人文关怀能力处于中等偏下水平,学校应重视家庭教育在人文关怀能力培养方面的重要作用,做好家校共育;重视同龄群体关怀氛围的营造和人际关系的维护;鼓励学生积极主动地参与人文社会实践活动,深入探索与助产本科生相适应的教学模式与方法,努力培养学生人文关怀能力。 Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of undergraduates majoring in midwifery,so as to provide reference for midwifery education.Methods A survey of 309 midwifery undergraduate students in a school was carried out using the caring ability inventory(CAI)and the General Situation Questionnaire.Results The total score of humanistic care ability of midwifery undergraduates was(180.7±19.63)points.The relationship with parents,classmates and whether they participated in social and humanistic activities were the influencing factors affecting the humanistic care ability of midwifery undergraduates(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care ability of midwifery majors is in the lower middle level.Schools should pay attention to the important role of family education in the cultivation of humanistic care ability,do a good job in home-school co-education,and pay attention to the creation of a caring atmosphere for peer groups and the maintenance of interpersonal relationships;Schools should encourage students to actively participate in humanistic and social practice activities,in-depth exploration of teaching modes and methods suitable for midwifery undergraduates,and strive to cultivate students'humanistic care ability.
