Research Progress of Diagnostic Value of Holter in Myocardial Ischemia

本文旨在综述动态心电图对心肌缺血诊断的临床研究进展。引起心肌缺血的重要因素之一为冠脉血流中断或冠脉供血不流畅,而并非所有的心肌缺血患者都有比较典型的临床症状,因此会导致误诊、漏诊等情况,严重影响患者的及时救治。动态心电图目前在临床上的应用范围比较广泛,能为医生提供包括患者心肌缺血程度以及症状持续时间等更多数据,便于医生根据患者情况制定更为准确的治疗方案,提升患者治疗效果。

The purpose of this paper is to review the clinical research progress of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.One of the important factors causing myocardial ischemia is interruption of coronary blood flow or non smooth coronary blood supply.Not all patients with myocardial ischemia have typical clinical symptoms,which will lead to misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis and other situations,seriously affecting the timely treatment of patients.At present,Holter has a wide range of clinical applications.It can provide doctors with more data,including the degree of myocardial ischemia and the duration of symptoms,so that doctors can formulate more accurate treatment plans according to the situation of patients and improve the treatment effect of patients.
