小檗碱对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖和凋亡的调节价值探究

Study on the Regulatory Value of Berberine on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Line HepG2

肝癌作为全世界范围内普遍存在的恶性肿瘤疾病,相关发病率呈现出逐年上涨趋势,因为肝癌疾病的前期临床表现存在某种隐性特征,发现后通常进入晚期,导致形成较高死亡率,加大了治疗难度。文章先分析了肝癌问题,随后介绍了小檗碱对肝癌细胞治疗的主要依据,最后介绍了小檗碱对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖和凋亡的调节的作用,希望能给相关人士提供有效参考。

As a common malignant tumor disease worldwide,the incidence of liver cancer has shown an increasing trend year by year,because there are some recessive characteristics in the early clinical manifestations of liver cancer,which usually enter the late stage after discovery,leading to a high mortality rate and increasing the difficulty of treatment.This paper first analyzes the problem of liver cancer,then introduces the main basis of berberine in the treatment of liver cancer cells,and finally introduces the role of berberine in the regulation of HepG2 cell proliferation and apoptosis,hoping to provide effective reference for relevant people.
