康复锻炼联合布洛芬治疗强直性脊柱炎效果观察

Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Ibuprofen on Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的 观察康复锻炼联合布洛芬治疗强直性脊柱炎临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月本院收治的AS患者60例,随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用布洛芬分散片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合康复锻炼治疗。观察评估两组治疗前后BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、VAS疼痛评分、生活质量评分以及晨僵时间。结果 观察组治疗后BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、VAS疼痛评分、生活质量评分均分别低于治疗前评分(P<0.05),且均分别低于对照组治疗后评分(P<0.05)。两组治疗后晨僵时间均较治疗前缩短(P<0.05),且观察组短于对照组治疗后的晨僵时间(P<0.05)。结论 康复锻炼联合布洛芬治疗强直性脊柱炎能减轻疼痛程度和缩短晨僵时长,提升脊柱关节功能和生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with ibuprofen in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with AS admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen dispersible tablets,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.BASDAI score,BASFI score,VAS pain score,quality of life score and morning stiffness time before and after treatment were observed and evaluated.Results The BASDAI score,BASFI score,VAS pain score and quality of life score in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The morning stiffness time of the two groups after treatment was shorter than that before treatment(P<0.05),and shorter than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise combined with ibuprofen in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis can reduce the degree of pain,shorten the duration of morning stiffness,and improve spinal joint function and quality of life.
