白内障无缝线中切口囊外摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术的临床效果分析

An Analysis of Sutureless Large Incision Manual Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens

目的 分析与讨论无缝线中切口囊外摘除术(SLIMCE)联合人工晶状体植入术(intraocular lens,IOL)治疗白内障临床应用的效果。方法 文章现针对本院收治的90例白内障患者,借助随机抽样法分参照组、研究组各45例,分别提供白内障常规大切口囊外摘除术联合IOL和SLIMCE联合IOL植入术,结束后对比治疗前后患者的各项指标。结果 治疗后较治疗前对比患者术中操作安全性及术后视力、眼压、前房深度、切口愈合情况,具有明显差异(P<0.05),组间对比以研究组优于参照组;同时总有效率占95.56%,相比较参照组82.22%,高出13.34%,具有明显差异(P<0.05);另外,术中保持前房稳定,晶体核容易娩出,术后角膜水肿、前房水反应、晶状体前渗出、切口愈合、眼内炎并发症发生率相比较参照组明显较低,术后3个月患者生活质量评分也以研究组更高,和参照组对比具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 SLIMCE联合IOL植入术操作简单,更利于提高生活质量,改善患者的视力,同时较常规大切口囊外摘除术联合人工晶体植入术更利于降低术后并发症,值得广泛用于基层医院中。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of seamless line middle incision extracapsular extraction(SLIMCE)combined with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in the treatment of cataract.Methods 90 cataract patients in our hospital were randomly divided into reference group and research group with 45 cases in each group.The article provided cataract surgery with conventional large incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and SLIMCE combined with IOL implantation.After the treatment,the indexes of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results There were significant differences in operation safety,postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth and incision healing between patients after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,the total effective rate was 95.56%,which was 13.34%higher than that of the reference group(82.22%,P<0.05);in addition,the anterior chamber was kept stable during the operation,and the lens nucleus was easy to be delivered.The incidence of corneal edema,anterior chamber water reaction,anterior lens exudation,incision healing,and endophthalmitis complications after the operation was significantly lower in the reference group than in the control group.The quality of life score of patients 3 months after the operation was also higher in the study,which was significantly different from the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion SLIMCE combined with IOL implantation is easy to operate,which is more conducive to improving the quality of life and improving the visual acuity of patients.At the same time,compared with conventional large incision extracapsular extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,it is more conducive to reducing postoperative complications,and it is worthy of being widely used in grass-roots hospitals.
