探讨循证护理在冠心病并发高血压护理中的应用效果

To Explore the Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探究与分析循证护理在冠心病并发高血压护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本中心2020年3月-2022年2月收治的冠心病并发高血压患者90例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施循证护理,两组在回归社区后在社区卫生服务中心指导下连续进行为期3个月的护理指导,对比两组患者护理前后收缩压及舒张压水平、心功能指数、生活质量及睡眠质量评分。结果 观察组护理后与对照组护理后相比,收缩压及舒张压水平较低,心功能指数较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后与对照组护理后相比生活质量中血压状况、饮食状况、活动状况、情绪状况评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后与对照组护理后相比睡眠质量中睡眠时长、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、促眠用药评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 循证护理在冠心病并发高血压患者中的应用可促进改善患者的血压水平以及心脏功能,同时还可促进提高患者的生活质量以及睡眠质量,综合预后表现更好。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease treated in our center from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.After returning to the community,the two groups were given continuous nursing guidance for 3 months under the guidance of the community health service center.The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels,cardiac function index,quality of life and sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group after nursing were lower,and the cardiac function index was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after nursing,the scores of blood pressure status,diet status,activity status and emotional status in the quality of life of the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after nursing,the scores of sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,and sleep-promoting medication in the sleep quality of the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can promote the improvement of blood pressure level and cardiac function of patients,as well as improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients,and the comprehensive prognosis is better.
