综合心理护理干预对高血压合并抑郁老年患者心理情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Psychological Emotion and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Depression

目的 探讨在高血压合并抑郁老年患者护理中实施综合心理护理对其心理状态及生活质量的改善效果。方法 将2020年11月-2021年11月本院收治的96例高血压合并抑郁老年患者随机分为对照组(n=48)和研究组(n=48),对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以综合心理护理,比较两组心理状态评分、24h平均血压、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果 研究组干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后的24h平均舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对高血压合并抑郁老年患者实施综合心理护理,有助于缓解其不良情绪并促进生活质量提升,且患者血压控制效果更理想,对护理服务的满意度也更高。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on the mental state and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension and depression.Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension and depression admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and study group(n=48).The control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given comprehensive psychological nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of psychological state score,24h average blood pressure,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the mean diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing for elderly patients with hypertension and depression can help relieve their bad mood and improve their quality of life.Moreover,the blood pressure control effect of patients is more ideal and their satisfaction with nursing services is higher.
