基于Orem自理理论的护理干预对慢性胃炎患者自我管理能力、心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Orem Self-care Theory on Selfmanagement Ability,Psychological State and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的 研究基于Orem自理理论护理干预应用于慢性胃炎患者对自我管理能力、生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月张家港市中医医院收治的78例慢性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法分两组,对照组(39例)行常规护理干预,试验组(39例)行基于Orem自理理论的护理干预,对比两组护理满意度、生活质量、自我管理能力及心理状态。结果 试验组94.87%护理总满意率高于对照组74.36%(P<0.05);试验组干预后健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感及自护技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干预后生活质量量表(GQOL-74)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于Orem自理理论护理干预应用于慢性胃炎患者,可消除患者负性情绪,促进自理能力提高,有利于提高生活质量,并提高患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention based on Orem self-care theory on self-management ability,quality of life and psychological state of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 78 patients with chronic gastritis who were admitted to Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(39 cases)received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group(39 cases)received nursing intervention based on Orem self-care theory.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,self-management ability and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of 94.87%in the experimental group was higher than that of 74.36%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health knowledge,self-concept,self-responsibility and self-care skills in the experimental group after intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the experimental group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life scale(GQOL-74)in the experimental group after intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on Orem self-care theory can eliminate the negative emotion of patients with chronic gastritis,promote the improvement of self-care ability,improve the quality of life,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
