协同护理模式干预在慢性伤口患者湿性疗法中的应用

Application of Cooperative Nursing Mode Intervention in Wet Therapy of Chronic Wound Patients

目的 分析慢性伤口湿性疗法患者应用协同护理模式干预的效果。方法 选择2019年4月-2021年2月本院收治的70例慢性伤口患者作为研究对象,两组均给予湿性疗法,通过电脑产生随机数分组方法将其分成对比组(实施常规护理)和研究组(开展协同护理模式干预),各35例。对比两组伤口愈合情况、护理效果、自我效能。结果 研究组干预后伤口愈合时间(32.79±4.62)d、PUSH评分(10.13±1.15)分、VAS评分(0.98±0.25)分均明显低于对比组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总有效率94.229%高于对比组80.00%(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者自我效能各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者症状管理自我效能(7.33±1.04)分和疾病共性自我效能(7.95±1.17)分均明显高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论 协同护理模式干预能有效缩短患者伤口愈合时间,减轻疼痛感受,改善伤口愈合程度,增加患者自我效能感,提高护理总有效率,具备较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of cooperative nursing intervention in patients with chronic wound wet therapy.Methods 70 patients with chronic wounds admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Both groups were given wet therapy.They were divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the study group(cooperative nursing mode intervention)by computer-generated random number grouping method,with 35 cases each.The wound healing,nursing effect and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing time(32.79±4.62)d,push score(10.13±1.15)and VAS score(0.98±0.25)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group(94.229%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of symptom management self-efficacy(7.33±1.04)and disease common self-efficacy(7.95±1.17)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cooperative nursing model intervention can effectively shorten the wound healing time of patients,reduce the pain feeling,improve the wound healing degree,increase the self-efficacy of patients,and improve the total effective rate of nursing.It has high application value.
