以家庭为中心的护理模式在儿童保健护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Family Centered Nursing Model in Child Health Care

目的 在儿童保健护理中应用以家庭为中心的护理模式探究其效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年3月在本院开展儿童保健的100例患儿作为研究对象,以不同的护理模式为依据,将100例儿童分为两组,即50例为对照组,用常规护理,50例为观察组,增加以家庭为中心的护理模式,随后对两组儿童保健知识、儿童保健依从性、儿童神经发育心理评分、儿童保健服务效果、家属护理满意度进行对比。结果 针对两组儿童保健知识、儿童保健依从性进行对比,所有工具均为自制,经对比,观察组以上评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对两组儿童神经发育心理状态进行评估,所用工具为儿心量表,针对语言能力、粗大运动、精细运动、适应能力、社交行为进行评分,护理前对比以上指标评分,两组表示无差异(P>0.05),护理之后,再次针对两组语言能力、粗大运动、精细运动、适应能力、社交行为进行对比,表示观察组语言能力、粗大运动、精细运动、适应能力、社交行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。针对两组儿童保健服务效果进行对比,观察组值为98.0%,对照组值为80.0%,两组相比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。针对家属护理满意度实施评估,较对照组,观察组较高(P<0.05)。结论在儿童保健护理中,以家庭为中心的护理模式的开展,可以提高儿童保健知识、保健依从性,还能改善儿童神经发育心理状态,对提高家属护理满意度有重要作用,值得推广。

Objective To explore effect of family centered nursing model in child health care.Methods During study period from May 2021 to March 2022,the paper chose 100 children with health care in our hospital as research subjects,and divided them into two groups based on different nursing models,namely,50 cases in control group treated with routine nursing,50 cases in observation group added with family-centered nursing model.Subsequently,child health knowledge,child health compliance,neurodevelopmental psychological scores,health care service effect and family nursing satisfaction degree were compared between groups.Results Comparison between two groups in terms of child health knowledge and child health compliance with self-made tools showed,scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Psychological status of neurodevelopment between two groups was evaluated with Pediatric Heart Scale,incluidng language ability,gross motor,fine motor,adaptive ability,and social behavior.Before nursing,comparison scores of above indicators showed no difference(P>0.05).After nursing,language ability,gross motor,fine motor,adaptive ability,and social behavior comparison between two groups showed,scores of language ability,gross motor,fine motor,adaptive ability,and social behavior in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Health services effect comparison between two groups showed,value was 98.0%in observation group and 80.0%in control group,that of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction degree of family members in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During health care of children,family centered nursing model can improve health care knowledge and compliance,neurodevelopmental psychological status of children,which plays an important role in improving family nursing satisfaction degree,and is worthy of promotion.
