观察心脏康复护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者后对其心理状态与并发症的影响

Effect Observation of Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing on Psychological Status and Complications of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的 针对临床确诊的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者,应用心脏康复护理模式对降低其并发症发生率及改善其情绪指标的效果。方法 抽取2021年5月-2022年5月就诊本院的急性心肌梗死患者共计100例,计算机1:1随机数列均分组别,参比组(常规护理,n=50),分析组(心脏康复护理,n=50)。比较两组负性情绪指标、心功能康复情况及并发症发生率。结果 护理前两组GAD-7及PHQ-9评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后分析组GAD-7及PHQ-9评分改善水平较参比组更有优势(P<0.05)。护理前两组LVEF值两组比较无差异(P>0.05);护理后分析组LVEF水平较参比组更有优势(P<0.05)。护理1个月后分析组6MWD水平较参比组高,Brog评分较参比组低,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组BI评分比较无差异(P>0.05);护理2周及护理1个月后两组BI评分均升高,但分析组升高幅度较参比组更有优势(P<0.05);分析组并发症发生患者(2例,占比4.00%),显著低于参比组(13例,26.00%),数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对急性心肌梗死患者,心脏康复护理模式的运用,既可缓解负性情绪,也可降低并发症发生率,于临床疗效提升有显著增益。

Objective To investigate effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing model for patients with clinically confirmed acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in reducing complications incidence and improving emotional indicators.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly:reference group(routine nursing,n=50)and analysis group(cardiac rehabilitation nursing,n=50).Negative emotional indicators,cardiac function recovery,and complication rates were compared between two groups.Results There was no difference in GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores between two groups before nursing(P>0.05),while improvement level of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores in analysis group after nursing were higher than reference group(P<0.05);there was no difference in LVEF values between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,LVEF level in analysis group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).After one month of nursing,level of 6MWD in analysis group was higher than reference group,and Brog scores were lower than reference group.Data were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no difference in BI scores between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing and 1 month of nursing,BI scores in both groups increased,but increase in analysis group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in analysis group(2 cases,accounting for 4.00%)was significantly lower than reference group(13 cases,26.00%),data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation nursing model can alleviate negative emotions,reduce complications incidence of patients with acute myocardial infarction,which has significant benefits in improving clinical effect.
