摘要
进入21世纪,在全球谋求“去美元化”背景下,多国开始尝试构建石油与非美货币之间结算体系。时至今日,“石油人民币”站在了世界金融体系的聚光灯下。2022年底在首届中国一海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会峰会上,中方宣布,未来3到5年将继续从海合会国家扩大进口原油、液化天然气,加强油气开发、清洁低碳能源技术合作,开展油气贸易人民币结算。也就是说,“石油人民币”正式落地。
