阴阳平衡透刺联合康复锻炼治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛临床研究

Clinical Study on Yin-Yang Balance Penetration Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Upper Limb Spasticity After Stroke

目的:观察阴阳平衡透刺联合康复锻炼治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选取84例脑卒中后上肢痉挛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。2组均给予西药对症治疗,对照组在此基础上进行康复锻炼治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阴阳平衡透刺治疗,2组均治疗2个月。治疗前后采用Ashworth评定量表评价上肢痉挛程度,采用Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表(SF-MA)评价上肢运动功能,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价神经功能。结果:治疗后,2组Ashworth分级均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),观察组Ashworth分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,SF-MA评分均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-MA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴阳平衡透刺联合康复锻炼治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛,能够有效减轻患者的上肢痉挛症状,提升其上肢运动功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yin-yang balance penetration combined with rehabilitation training for upper limb spasticity after stroke.Methods:A total of 84 cases of patients with upper limb spasticity after stroke were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given targeted therapy of western medicine;the control group was additionally treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was additionally treated with yin-yang balance penetration based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.Before and after treatment,the degree of upper limb spasticity was evaluated by Ashworth scores,the upper extremity motor function was evaluated by Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(SF-MA),and the neurological function was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS).Results:After treatment,the Ashworth grading in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Ashworth grading in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SF-MA scores were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the SF-MA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yin-yang balance penetration combined with rehabilitation training in treating upper limb spasticity after stroke,can effectively reduce the symptom of upper limb spasticity of patients and improve their upper extremity motor function.
