CT冠脉成像、超声心动图对冠心病患者左心室功能、冠脉斑块稳定性的评估价值

Assessment Effects of CT Angiography and Echocardiography on the Left Ventricular Function and Coronary Plaque Stability for Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的 研究CT冠脉成像(CTA)、超声心动图对冠心病患者左心室功能、冠脉斑块稳定性的评估价值。方法 病例来源于安阳市第三人民医院2021年5月至2022年5月收入68例冠心病患者,对所有患者均开展CT冠脉成像与超声心动图检查,观察两种检查方式下左心室功能、冠心病检出率、冠状动脉狭窄程度、冠脉斑块稳定性差异性,明确两种检查方式对患者检查的差异。结果 两种检查方式左心室功能、重度狭窄与中度狭窄检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两种检查方式冠脉斑块稳定性结果差异无统计学意义;斑块面积、偏心指数(EI)、重构指数(RI)差异无统计学意义;轻度狭窄、重度狭窄与中度狭窄检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。CTA冠心病检出率(91.18%)高于超声心动图(70.59%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CT冠脉成像对冠心病诊断较为准确,相比超声心动图诊断准确率更高,但两者对左心室功能、冠脉斑块稳定性的评估较为相似。

Objective To study the assessment effects of CT angiography and echocardiography on the left ventricular function and coronary plaque stability for coronary heart disease(CHD)patients.Methods A total of 68 CHD patients treated from May 2021 to May 2022 in Anyang Third People’s Hospital were selected.CT angiography and echocardiography were performed,the left ventricular function,coronary heart disease detection rates,coronary artery stenosis degrees and coronary plaque stability based on two examination modes were compared,to clarify the differences between the two examination methods for patients.Results There were no significant differences about the left ventricular function,severe and moderate stenosis detection rates based on two examination modes(P>0.05);There were no significant differences about the coronary plaque stability,plaque area,EI(eccentricity index),RI(remodeling index),mild stenosis,severe stenosis and moderate stenosis detection rates based on two examination modes(P>0.05);The coronary heart disease detection rates based on CTA(91.18%)were higher than those based on echocardiography(70.59%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CT coronary angiography is more accurate in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease than echocardiography,but the evaluation of left ventricular function and coronary plaque stability is similar.
