血培养联合血清学检验对布鲁氏菌感染诊断的价值分析

Value Analysis of Blood Culture combined with serological Test inthe Diagnosis of Brucella Infection

目的 探讨血培养联合血清学检验对布鲁氏菌感染诊断的价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年9月郑州市第六人民医院收治的100例疑似布鲁氏菌感染患者,进行血培养、血清学检验,以WS268-2007布氏菌诊断标准作为金标准,比较血清学检验与联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确性。结果 血清学检验灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确性分别为71.93%、76.74%、80.39%、67.35%、74.00%,联合检验分别为89.47%、95.35%、96.23%、87.23%、92.00%,联合检验灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确性较血清学检验更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 布鲁氏菌感染患者采用血培养联合血清学检验能够提高临床检出率及诊断效能。

Objective To explore the value of blood culture combined with serological test in the diagnosis of brucella infection.Methods A total of 100 suspected brucella infected patients admitted to Zhengzhou Sixth People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected for blood culture and serological testing.The WS268-2007 brucella diagnostic standard was used as the gold standard,The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of serological test and combined test were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and accuracy of serological tests were 71.93%,76.74%,80.39%,67.35%,and 74.00%,respectively.The combined tests were 89.47%,95.35%,96.23%,87.23%,and 92.00%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and accuracy of the combined tests were higher than those of serological tests,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood culture combined with serological testing can improve clinical detection rate and diagnostic efficacy in patients with brucella infection.
