协作性护理在小儿支气管哮喘的临床应用价值及对肺功能的影响分析

Clinical Application Value of Cooperative Nursing in Children with Bronchial Asthma and Its Influence on Pulmonary Function

目的 探讨小儿支气管哮喘(BA)采用协作性护理的临床应用价值及其对肺功能的影响。方法 选取郑州人民医院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的50例BA患儿,根据随机数字表法分为干预组(N=25)和对照组(N=25),对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予协作性护理干预,比较两组患者治疗依从性、临床症状、肺功能、生活质量。结果 干预组(92.00%)治疗依从性高于对照组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预组咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、胸闷消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组干预后用力肺活量(FVC)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)均提高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组干预后儿少主观生活质量问卷(ISLQ)均提高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对BA患儿进行协作性护理干预,能够提高患儿治疗依从性,改善临床症状,提高生活质量、肺功能。

Objective To explore the clinical value of cooperative nursing in children with bronchial asthma(BA)and its influence on pulmonary function.Methods A total of 50 children with BA who were admitted in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and divided into the intervention group(N=25)and the control group(N=25)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given collaborative nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group(68.00%),the treatment compliance of the intervention group(92.00%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing,chest tightness and wheezing in the intervention group was shorter the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and the ratio of vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Children’s Subjective Quality of Life Questionnaire(ISLQ)in both groups were improved(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing intervention for children with BA can improve their treatment compliance,clinical symptoms,quality of life and pulmonary function.
