摘要
股骨干骨折是创伤骨科中常见的一种损伤,以高能暴力损伤为主,临床应用带锁髓内钉对股骨骨折进行治疗收到较好效果。但股骨干骨折髓内钉术后骨折不愈合的病例也屡见不鲜。本研究从疾病概述、常见分类及手术治疗方法的选择等方面进行综述,以期为股骨干骨折髓内钉术后骨折不愈合寻求更加安全有效的治疗方式提供参考依据。
Femoral shaft fracture is a common injury in traumatic orthopedics,mainly high-energy violent injury.The clinical application of interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of femoral fractures has achieved good results.However,fracture nonunion after intramedullary nailing of femoral shaft fracture is also common.This article reviews the overview of the disease,common classification,and the selection of surgical treatment methods,to provide a reference for seeking a safer and more effective treatment method for fracture nonunion after intramedullary nail fixation of femoral shaft fracture.
