帕罗西汀联合阿戈美拉汀对抑郁症患者神经递质水平及氧化应激指标的影响

Effects of Paroxetine Combined with Agomelatine on Neurotransmitter Levels and Effect of Oxidative Stress Indicators in Patients with Depression

摘要 目的 探讨帕罗西汀联合阿戈美拉汀对抑郁症患者神经递质水平及氧化应激指标的影响。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年3月赣州市第三人民医院接收的抑郁症患者86例,按随机数字表法分成对照组(n=43)、观察组(n=43)。对照组予帕罗西汀治疗,在其基础上,观察组合用阿戈美拉汀治疗,8周后对比两组疗效,神经递质水平[多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)],氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率(93.02%)较对照组(76.74%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组治疗后DA、5-HT、NE水平均增高,且观察组DA、5-HT、NE水平较对照组改善更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后MDA水平均降低,SOD水平均增高,且观察组MDA、SOD水平较对照组改善更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 帕罗西汀联合阿戈美拉汀可提高抑郁症患者治疗疗效,调节神经递质水平,改善氧化应激反应,且安全性高。 Objective To investigate the effects of paroxetine combined with agomelatine on neurotransmitter levels and oxidative stress indicators in patients with depression.Methods 86 depression patients from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)according to random number table.The control group was treated with paroxetine,on the basis the observation group treated with agomelatine,the therapeutic effect,neurotransmitter levels[dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),noradrenaline(NE)],oxidative stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared 8 weeks later.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the levels of DA,5-HT and NE in the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the level of MDA in the two groups decreased and the level of SOD increased after treatment,and the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with agomelatine can improve the therapeutic effect of depression patients,regulate the level of neurotransmitters,improve oxidative stress response,and has high safety.
