寿胎丸加味对早期先兆流产患者(肾虚型)血清β-HCG水平及炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Modified Shoutai Pills on Serum β-HCG and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Early Threatened Abortion(Kidney Deficiency Type)

目的 探究寿胎丸加味对早期先兆流产患者(肾虚型)血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素的β亚基(β-HCG)水平及炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年7月于乐平市中医医院就诊的80例早期先兆流产患者(肾虚型)患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加用寿胎丸加味。比较两组疗效、血清β-HCG水平、炎性因子水平及不良反应情况。结果 观察组治疗2个疗程的总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗2个疗程的血清β-HCG高于治疗前,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗2个疗程的白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于治疗前,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论 早期先兆流产患者(肾虚型)在常规西医治疗基础上采用寿胎丸加味可提高治疗效果,改善患者的血清β-HCG水平及炎性因子水平,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified shoutai pills on serumβ-HCG level and inflammatory factors level in patients with early threatened abortion(kidney deficiency type).Methods From March 2020 to July 2022,80 patients with early threatened abortion(kidney deficiency type)in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified shoutai pills on this basis.The efficacy,serumβ-HCG levels,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The serumβ-HCG of the two groups after 2 courses of treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of the two groups after 2 courses of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for patients with early threatened abortion(kidney deficiency type),modified shoutai pills can improve the treatment effect,improve the level of serumβ-HCG and inflammatory factors,with less adverse reactions and higher safety.
