参松养心胶囊对改善冠心病心律失常心电图及血生化指标的影响研究

Effect of Shensong Yangxin capsules on electrocardiogram and blood biochemical indexes of coronary artery disease patients with arrhythmia

目的观察参松养心胶囊在冠心病心律失常临床治疗中的应用效果及对患者心电图及血生化指标产生的影响。方法本文为前瞻性研究,病例纳入夏邑县人民医院2020年5月至2022年5月收治的125例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法对其进行分组,其中62例予以常规治疗,列为对照组,其余63例采用参松养心胶囊配合治疗,列为观察组,比较两组患者的心电图指标变化情况、血流动力学参数变化情况,对所有患者开展为期6个月随访,比较两组随访期间的心功能指标变化情况及不良事件发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的心电图指标、血流动力学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3、7 d后,观察组的心电图导联QT时限离散度(QTd)均低于对照组,治疗7 d后,观察组的红细胞沉降率(ESR)、红细胞比容(HCT)、血浆黏度(PV)均低于对照组(P<0.05);随访期间,观察组的左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVSD)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率9.52%(6/63)略高于对照组8.06%(5/62),P>0.05。结论参松养心胶囊可有效改善冠心病合并心律失常患者的心电图指标,对促进其血流动力学及心功能恢复均有积极意义,且联合应用此药未明显增加患者的不良事件发生风险,安全性高。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shensong Yangxin capsules on coronary artery disease(CAD)patients with arrhythmia,and its influence on electrocardiogram(ECG)and blood biochemical indexes.Methods It was a prospective study involving 125 CAD patients with arrhythmia admitted in the XiaYi County People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022,and they were divided into control group(n=62)and observation group(n=63)by lot drawing.All patients were treated with conventional treatment,and Shensong Yangxin capsules were additionally given to those of observation group.The changes in ECG indicators and hemodynamic parameters of the two groups were compared.A 6-month follow-up was performed to compare cardiac function indexes and adverse events.Results None of the ECG and hemodynamic parameters differed significantly between groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,QT dispersion(QTd)of ECG on days 1,3 and 7 and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hematocrit(Hct)and plasma viscosity(PV)on day 7 in the observation group were decreased(all P<0.05).During follow-up,higher left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and lower left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVSD)were detected in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group9.52%(6/63)VS 8.06%(5/62),although no significant difference was detected(P>0.05).Conclusion For CAD patients with arrhythmia,Shensong Yangxin capsules can effectively improve the ECG indicators,and promote hemodynamics and cardiac function recovery.Moreover,the combination treatment does not significantly increase the risk of adverse events,which is safe.
