耳穴配合腰椎手法治疗高原作业人员双小腿慢性疼痛感觉敏化一例

Auricular point combined with lumbar manipulation in the treatment of chronic pain sensation sensitization of both legs in plateau workers:a case report

目的观察耳穴配合腰椎手法治疗高原作业人员双小腿慢性疼痛感觉敏化的临床疗效。方法本文报告1例来某特勤疗养中心疗养的高原作业人员双小腿慢性疼痛感觉敏化的病例,应用中医适宜技术最后选用耳穴配合腰椎手法治疗,通过比较治疗前后患者的数字评定量表(NRS)变化情况来确定该方法的有效性。结果经过治疗后,患者的NRS评分从7分降为1分,显示通过耳穴配合腰椎手法治疗高原作业人员双小腿慢性疼痛感觉敏化可以明显为患者减轻疼痛。结论应用耳穴配合腰椎手法治疗高原作业人员双小腿慢性疼痛感觉敏化可以取得良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoints combined with lumbar spine manipulation in treating chronic pain sensation sensitization in the lower legs of high-altitude workers.Methods This article reports a case of chronic pain and sensitization in the lower legs of a high-altitude worker who came to a special service rehabilitation center for recuperation.The appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine were applied and the method of the auricular acupoints combined with lumbar spine manipulation was adopted for treatment.The effectiveness of this method was determined by comparing the changes in the patient's numerical rating scale(NRS)before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the patient's NRS score decreased from 7 points to 1 point,indicating that using auricular acupoints combined with lumbar spine manipulation to treat chronic pain sensitization in the lower legs of high-altitude workers can significantly alleviate pain for the patients.Conclusion The application of auricular acupoints combined with lumbar spine manipulation can achieve good therapeutic effects on chronic pain sensation sensitization in both lower legs of high-altitude workers.
