硬实力、软实力,归根到底要靠人才实力。4月18日,中国国际人才交流大会(半岛分会)暨外国专家齐鲁行活动在烟台开幕。谷雨时节,万物生长。人才与创新的枝叶,又一次在烟台“生根”。在这里,来自美国、德国、加拿大、俄罗斯等20多个国家的院士、外国专家组织代表、人才机构、海外高端人才(团队)代表等300余人齐聚,论创新、谈人才,签项目、谋合作,用国际化视野,搭建起烟台科技创新和人才品牌“新高地”。
