大河之畔,文明之源。黄河,跳下巴颜喀拉山冰雪和穹隆构筑的高坡,一路奔流,穿越宁夏、内蒙古的河套平原,在黄土高原上气势磅磷地掀起万丈狂澜,在中原大地上巨流宛转、九曲连环,最终,归于雄浑安静,自齐鲁大地汇人蔚蓝的大海。黄河孕育了中华文明,是当之无愧的母亲河。“中国川原以百数,莫著于四渎,而河为宗。”从黄河两岸最早的先民,到如今我们璀璨的生活,中华民族在黄河两岸这片奔放而热烈的土地上繁衍生息。
The Yellow River is the very source of Chinese civilization.It not only nourished our ancestors but also awakens the truth,goodness and beauty of human nature with its earth-shaking force.Because of it,we have cultivated our affection for and confidence in nature,humankind,our nation and our country.The traditional culture and values shaped through history along the River are symbols of the Chinese nation's spirit of independence and continuous self-renewal.
