工业遗存再生中的风貌保护与加固手段——以北京首钢园3个典型项目为例

Exploring the Regenerative Methods of Preservation and Reinforcement of Industrial Remains Three Case Studies at the Beijing Shougang Park

工业遗存建筑反映了彼时彼地的社会和经济面貌,附着情感要素和历史文化价值,在其更新过程中需要尽量避免破坏和损失原有风貌。以北京首钢园的五一剧场、香格里拉酒店、加速澄清池等工业遗产项目的改造过程为例,通过对更新策略与加固方法的分析研判,以及多工种协作的尝试实践,探讨工业遗存风貌保护中如何选择适宜的加固手段来满足更新后的使用功能和现今的建筑规范要求,最终实现历史要素的保存和情感记忆的传承。

Industrial remains themselves reflect the social and economic conditions of their time and place,attaching profound emotional and historical cultural value.Therefore,during the regeneration process,it is necessary to avoid damage and loss of the original character.Taking the regeneration process of the May Day Theater,Shangri-La Hotel,and Accelerated Clarifier at Beijing Shougang Park as three examples,this paper explores how to choose appropriate reinforcement methods to meet the functional requirements of renovation and today’s building standards,based on the analysis and judgment of the regenerative strategies and reinforcement methods as well as attempts at interdisciplinary collaboration,to achieve the ultimate goal to preserve the historical elements and inherit emotional memory.
