摘要
非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)是一种高致病性、传染性的双链DNA病毒,主要感染猪的原代巨噬细胞和单核细胞,虽报道该病毒也能感染部分传代细胞,但仅限于个别毒株,且在连续传代过程中普遍存在毒株基因的缺失或突变现象。本文对非洲猪瘟病毒在不同细胞中的生长特性及其相关研究进展予以综述,以期为ASFV进一步研究提供参考。
African swine fever virus(ASFV)is a highly contagious and deadly,double-stranded DNA virus,which mainly replicates in porcine macrophages and monocytes.It has been reported that this virus can also replicate in certain passaged cells,but only some field-isolated strains,with gene deletion or mutation during successive passages.In this paper,the research progress on the growth characteristics of ASFV in different cells was reviewed,which is expected to serve as a reference for further research by ASFV.
