Theoretical Analysis of"Sinews the First and Domination,Emphasis on Sinews and Bones"in the Treatment of Stenosing Tenosynovitis of Flexor Tendon

从筋的生理功能及其在屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎(以下简称为狭窄性腱鞘炎)病理过程中的作用入手探讨“以筋为先、筋为主,筋骨并重”理念对狭窄性腱鞘炎诊断和治疗的指导意义,指出筋骨并重、筋骨平衡、辨证论治是常见骨伤科疾病的诊疗准则,临床对狭窄性腱鞘炎的诊治应以筋为先、筋为主,兼顾筋骨并重的原则。

The guiding significance of"sinews the first and domination,emphasis on sinews and bones"concept in the diagnosis and treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis is discussed from physiological function of sinews and its role played in the pathological course of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor tendon,it is pointed out that the emphasis on sinews and bones,the balance between both,syndrome differentiation and treatment are the diagnostic criteria of the common orthopedic disease,the diagnosis and treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis in clinic should follow the principles of“sinews the first and domination,emphasis on sinews and bones”.
