摘要
立足于食疗食养研究特点,以黄精为例探讨陕西地区食药物质在食品研发过程中存在的问题,旨在促进中医药与食品产业结合发展,为相关食品的研发提供新思路新依据。
Based on the characteristics of dietary therapy and nutrition research,this paper takes Huangjing as an example to discuss the problems existing in the process of food research and development in Shaanxi,aimed at promoting the integrated development of TCM and food industry,and providing new thinking and new reference for the research and development of the relevant food.
