叙事护理联合穴位按摩对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复效果的影响

Effects of Narrative Nursing Combined with Acupoint Massage on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Post-stroke Depression

目的:探讨叙事护理联合穴位按摩对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复效果的影响。方法:将脑卒中后抑郁患者100例根据随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组各50例,对照组予常规心理干预,干预组在对照组基础上予叙事护理联合穴位按摩,观察两组患者心理状态评分、生活质量评分、日常生活能力评分及自我效能评分变化情况。结果 :干预后两组患者焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均降低,干预组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者SF-36量表评分、日常生活能力评定量表评分及一般自我效能感量表评分均提高,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理联合穴位按摩干预可改善脑卒中抑郁患者心理状态,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量及日常生活能力,促进康复。

Objective:To discuss the influence of narrative nursing and acupoint massage on the rehabilitation of patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods:All 100 PSD patients were allocated to the control group and the intervention group according to random number table method,the control group accepted conventional psychological intervention,and the intervention group narrative nursing joined with acupoint massage based on conventional psychological intervention,to observe the scores of psychological state,the scores of quality of life,ADL scales and self-efficacy scores between both groups.Results:After nursing intervention,SAS and SDS scores lowered in the two groups,the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of SF-36 scale,ADL scores and GSES scores increased in the two groups,the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing and acupoint massage could improve psychological state of PSD patients,relieve patients’anxiety and depression,raise quality of life and ADL as well as promote the patients'rehabilitation.
