中医治疗轻微型肝性脑病研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Therapy for Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy

就近年对中医治疗轻微型肝性脑病(minimal hepatic encephalopathy,MHE)的研究进展进行综述,指出MHE是指由严重肝病引起,缺乏典型的临床症状和生化异常,但具有可计量的智力检测和脑诱发电位异常而诊断的肝性脑病,目前临床采用中西医结合方式提高MHE患者疗效,中医中药对改善MHE患者心理智能水平、恢复肝功能、降低血氨、降低单用西药不良反应等具有一定优势。

By reviewing the research progress of TCM therapy for minimal hepatic encephalopathy(MHE)in the recent years,MHE refers to hepatic encephalopathy,induced by severe liver disease,lacking typical clinical symptoms and biochemical abnormalities,and diagnosed with measurable intelligence testing and brain-evoked potential abnormalities,currently,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine could raise clinical effects of MHE patients in clinic,TCM shows certain advantages in improving MHE patients'mental intelligence,restoring liver function,reducing blood ammonia and reducing adverse reaction of single-use Western medicine.
