Wnt信号通路在椎间盘退变中的作用机制研究进展

摘要 椎间盘退变与年龄、炎症因子、异常的机械应力因素有关。Wnt信号通路与椎间盘的生长发育、退变密切相关,适当的应力对于维持Wnt信号通路,保持椎间盘稳定是必要的。本文简单综述了椎间盘退变机制和可能的影响因素以及Wnt信号通路与在椎间盘退变中的作用机制,以进一步了解其生物学基础。 Intervertebral disc degeneration is related to age,inflammatory factors,and abnormal mechanical stress factors.The Wnt signaling pathway is closely related to the growth,development and degeneration of the intervertebral disc.Appropriate stress is necessary to maintain the Wnt signaling pathway and maintain the stability of the intervertebral disc.This article briefly reviews the mechanism and possible influencing factors of intervertebral disc degeneration,as well as the role of Wnt signaling pathway in intervertebral disc degeneration,in order to further understand its biological basis.
