磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路参与牙髓和根尖周组织炎症的研究进展

摘要 磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路参与细胞的增殖、凋亡、自噬和炎症反应等。牙髓和根尖周组织炎症是多因素作用、病理机制复杂的病损,发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前其主要因素是细菌感染。本研究回顾了PI3K/Akt信号通路在牙髓和根尖周炎中作用及其对牙髓和根尖牙乳头细胞作用的研究进展,探究PI3K/Akt信号通路参与牙髓及根尖周炎症发生和修复中的作用,以期为促进牙髓和根尖周炎症消退及组织再生提供治疗新思路。 The phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)signaling pathway is involved in cell proliferation,apoptosis,autophagy and inflammatory response.Pulpitis and periapical periodontitis are multifactorial lesions with complicated pathological mechanism,the etiopathology of which is not fully clarified,with bacterial infection being its main causing factor currently.This paper herein reviews the advances in the role of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in pulpitis and periapical periodontitis and in dental pulp cells and apical papilla cells,and explores the role of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in the occurrence and repair of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis,aiming to providing new therapeutic ideas for the dissipation of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis and tissue regeneration.
