中医院校中西医结合临床综合基本技能培养模式的改革探索

Investigation on the reform of training mode of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical basic skills in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine

在大力建设“健康中国”和发展中医药事业的背景下,国家对中医药人才的培养质量要求越来越高,中医院校承担的教学责任越来越大,面临的教学改革迫在眉睫。通过多学科交叉融合、中西医并重的方式,将中医临床实训与西医临床技能有效结合,重构中医技能与西医技能课程,创新中医院校临床技能教学模式,通过创建适合中医院校的中西医多学科融合的临床技能课程《临床综合基本技能》,并加以实际运用,传承中西医结合临床思维,培养临床实践自信,增强临床实践技能,提升临床综合素养,提高医学生培养质量,促进医学生高质量就业创业,为社会输送更多创新型、高素质的中医综合人才。

Under the background of vigorously building a"Healthy China"and developing the cause of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),our state has increasingly high requirements for the training quality of TCM talents.TCM colleges and universities have assumed greater teaching responsibilities,so the teaching reform they are facing is imminent.Through the way of multi-disciplinary integration and equal emphasis on TCM and western medicine,the clinical training of TCM and clinical skills of western medicine are effectively combined,the courses of TCM and western medicine skills are reconstructed,and the teaching mode of clinical skills in TCM colleges and universities is innovated.By creating the clinical skills course Clinical Comprehensive Basic Skills,which is suitable for the multi-disciplinary integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in TCM colleges and universities,and by applying it in practice,we can inherit the clinical thinking of integrated Chinese and western medicine,cultivate confidence in clinical practice,strengthen clinical practice skills,improve clinical comprehensive quality,increase the training quality of medical students,and enhance medical students’high-quality employment and entrepreneurship,so as to provide more innovative and high-quality TCM comprehensive talents for the society.
