基于格林模式的健康教育护理对缺血性脑卒中患者治疗依从性、神经功能的影响研究

Study on the effects of Green’s model-based health education nursing on treatment compliance and neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者采取基于格林模式的健康教育护理干预的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者62例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组施行传统护理,观察组施行基于格林模式的健康教育护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能评分(CSS)、肢体运动功能评分(FMA)、健康促进生活方式量表评分(HPLPⅡ)、功能训练依从性。结果干预前,两组CSS、FMA、HPLPⅡ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组CSS评分低于对照组、FMA、HPLPⅡ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组功能训练依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者给予基于格林模式的健康教育护理,可提升患者训练依从性,促进患者神经功能、肢体运动功能逐渐恢复正常,自身健康促进生活方式得到改善,值得临床推广借鉴。

Objective To explore the effects of the Green’s model-based health education nursing intervention for patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 62 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(n=31)and an observation group(n=31)according to the random number table method.The control group received traditional nursing,while the observation group received Green’s model-based health education nursing.The China stroke scale(CSS),Fugel-Meyer assessment(FMA),health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLPⅡ)score,and functional training compliance before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in CSS,FMA and HPLPⅡscores before nursing intervention(P>0.05),while after nursing intervention,the CSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the FMA and HPLPⅡscores were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The functional training compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The Green’s model-based health education nursing can increase training compliance,promote neurological function and limb motor function to return to normal gradually,and improve health promoting lifestyle for patients with ischemic stroke,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
