考虑差异化补贴的新能源汽车闭环供应链决策研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了进一步优化和改善政府补贴效果,促进新能源汽车产业高质量的发展,本文针对新能源汽车制造商和零售商组成的二级供应链,引入产品回收、节能减排、市场竞争等因素,建立了消费补贴与技术补贴模型,研究供应链最优定价策略与最优补贴水平,分析了成本、单位减排率、回收价格等因素对最优批发价、最优零售价和最优补贴水平的影响。研究发现:提高消费补贴与技术补贴水平有利于降低制造商生产和研发成本,扩大国内外市场规模,提高新能源汽车回收价格;当制造商生产成本大于某门槛值时,政府可以控制技术补贴水平来提高新能源汽车单位减排率。 In order to optimize the pricing strategy of the new energy vehicle supply chain,improve the effect of govern-ment subsidies,and promote the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry.This paper constructs a two-level supply chain composed of the new energy vehicle manufacturers and retailers,introduces factors such as prod-uct recycling,energy conservation and emission reduction,market competition.Then,establishes a consumer subsidy and technology subsidy model,obtains the optimal pricing strategy and subsidy level,and also the production cost,unit emission reduction rate,recovery price and other factors'impact on pricing strategy and subsidy level are discussed in this paper.The results indicate that increasing the level of consumption subsidies and technology subsidies is conducive to reducing manufacturers'production and R&D costs,expanding domestic and foreign market scale,and increasing the recycling price of the new energy vehicles.When the manufacturer's production cost is greater than a certain threshold,the government can control the level of technology subsidies to improve the unit emission reduction rate of the new energy vehicles..
