摘要
本文基于211家智能化企业的调研数据,实证检验了智能化转型对企业创新绩效的影响作用。研究结果表明:(1)智能化转型对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响。(2)装备数字化能力、人员数字化能力在智能化转型与企业创新绩效关系间起中介作用,但管理数字化能力的中介作用不显著。(3)战略匹配正向调节智能化转型与企业创新绩效间的关系。(4)与劳动密集型企业相比,资本密集型企业智能化转型对创新绩效的影响作用相对较弱;与国有企业相比,非国有企业智能化转型对创新绩效的影响作用相对较弱。研究结果对于企业创新实践具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the survey data of 211 intelligent enterprises,this paper empirically tests the effect of intelligent transformation on enterprise innovation performance.The results show that:(1)intelligent transformation has a signifi-cant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.(2)Equipment digitization capability and personnel digitiza-tion capability mediate the relationship between intelligence transformation and enterprise innovation performance,but the mediate effect of management digitization capability is not significant.(3)Strategy matching positively moderates the relationship between intelligent transformation and enterprise innovation performance.(4)Compared with labor-intensive enterprises,the impact of capital-intensive enterprise'intelligent transformation on innovation performance is relatively weak,and compared with state-owned enterprises,the impact of non-state-owned enterprise'intelligent transformation on innovation performance is relatively weak.The results have certain reference value for the practice of enterprise innovation.
