黄河流域生态环境协同治理司法协作机制的建立健全对于推进我国生态文明建设、构建人类命运共同体具有重要意义。司法是流域协同治理的兜底性环节,司法协作机制的合理设计对于黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展至关重要。加强黄河流域生态环境协同治理司法协作研究,着眼国家层面司法协作,结合黄河流域典型地方的司法协作运行实践,探究黄河流域生态环境协同治理的司法协作机制,重塑司法协作理念,健全司法协作机制的法律及其制度体系,统一司法行政发展规划,设置和调整司法机关,是黄河流域生态环境协同治理司法协作机制构建的应然路径。

The establishment and improvement of judicial cooperation mechanism in the Yellow River basin is of great significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization and construct a community of human destiny. Judicature is the bottom link of collaborative governance of the Yellow River basin. The rational design of judicature cooperation mechanism is very important for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin. This paper takes judicial cooperation in the collaborative governance of the Yellow River Basin as the research object, focuses on judicial cooperation at the national level, and combines the judicial cooperation operation practice of typical places in the Yellow River Basin to explore the judicial cooperation mechanism of the collaborative governance of the Yellow River Basin. The reconstruction of the concept of judicial cooperation, the improvement of the legal and institutional system of judicial cooperation mechanism, the unification of the development plan of judicial administration, and the setting and adjustment of judicial organs are the necessary paths for the construction of the judicial cooperation mechanism of the collaborative governance of the Yellow River Basin.
