摘要
此文主要介绍了案例教学法(CBL)与以团队为基础的教学法(TBL)联合应用在中医全科医学实践教学的思考,无论是CBL还是TBL教学方式,其根本目的是提高课堂上学生学习效率,在最短的时间内将更多的知识系统地传授给学生,同时建立起学生主动学习的习惯。这种联合模式跟传统的“填鸭式”教学有着根本的区别,它不再是教师主导一对多的单线模式,而是完全不同的以学生为中心的主动学习模式。在制定教学计划方案时,完全将课堂的主动权下放给学生,通过案例导入、团队合作等方式将学生的主动性最大化调动起来,使学生通过自身的主动性去学习本节课程的知识点,并通过对案例的思考使其能够更加深入地探索问题,使本节的知识点得到延伸和拓宽。其本质是在学习的同时激发学生自主学习的能力,这是同以往传统课堂最根本的区别,其不再是漫灌式地传授知识,而是授人以渔式地传递学习方法。
This article mainly introduces the thinking of the combined application of CBL and TBL in the practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine general practice,Whether it is CBL or TBL teaching methods,its fundamental purpose is to improve the learning efficiency of students in the classroom,and to systematically impart more knowledge to students in the shortest time,At the same time,it establishes the habit of students’active learning.This joint model is fundamentally different from the traditional“cramming”teaching.It is no longer a teacher-led one-to-many single-line model,but a completely different student-centered initiative.Learning mode.In formulating the teaching plan,the initiative of the classroom is completely delegated to the students,and the initiative of the students is maximized through case introduction,teamwork,etc.,so that the students can learn the knowledge points of this course through their own initiative.In addition,through the thinking of the case,it can explore the problem more deeply,so that the knowledge points in this section can be extended and broadened.Its essence is to stimulate students’ability to learn independently while learning.This is the most fundamental difference from traditional classrooms in the past.It is no longer a way of imparting knowledge,but teaching people to convey learning methods in a fishing way.
