混合教学模式在临床技能实训课程的应用

摘要 目的对比分析临床技能实训课程中应用传统教学模式与混合教学模式的效果。方法2019年9月—2019年12月抽样选择福建中医药大学2017级中医学专业62名学生进行研究,丁班01组31名学生作为研究组;戊班01组31名学生作为对照组。对照组应用传统教学模式,研究组应用混合教学模式,对2组学生的成绩进行比较;并对研究组学生进行问卷调查。结果2组学生的平时成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组学生期末技能操作成绩、期末总成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),调查问卷中的大多数项目总得分值在3.50分以上。结论在临床技能实训课程中应用混合教学模式,提高学生参与课堂教学的积极性,增强学生临床操作自信与技能水平,更容易达成学习目标,值得应用和推广。 Objective To compare and analyze the teaching effect of applying traditional teaching mode and mixed teaching mode in the course of clinical skill training.Methods 62 students from Class Ding and Class Wu of traditional Chinese medicine in Grade 2017 were divided into two groups,and 31 students from group 01 of Class Ding were selected as the study group.31 students in group 01 of Class Wu were used as the control group.In the teaching of clinical skills training,the traditional teaching mode was applied in the control group,and the mixed teaching mode was applied in the research group.The final scores of the two groups were statistically compared.A questionnaire survey was conducted for the research group.The main contents include online learning quality,learning initiative,achieving learning objectives,rationality of evaluation content,comprehensiveness,etc.Results There was no significant difference in the usual scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The final skill operation scores and final total scores of students in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the total scores of most items in the questionnaire were above 3.50 points.Conclusion The application of mixed teaching mode in the teaching of clinical skills training can increase the learning effect and experience,and improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom teaching,so as to enhance students’clinical operation confidence and skill level,and achieve the learning goal more easily,which is worthy of application and promotion.
