PBL结合雨课堂在西医院校针灸学课间实习的应用

The Application of Problem-Based Learning and Rain Classroom in the Practice Teaching of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Western Medical University

目的探讨基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)结合雨课堂在西医院校针灸学课间实习中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学2017级临床医学专业共54名学生作为研究对象,实验组4班28名学生给予PBL与雨课堂联合带教,对照组1班26名则给予传统教学。课间实习课程结束后对2组的教学效果(测验成绩、教学满意度)进行比较。结果实验组随堂测验、实践操作成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组总满意度为96.43%(27/28),高于对照组的57.69%(15/26)(P<0.01)。结论在西医院校针灸学课间实习教学中,PBL联合雨课堂混合带教可有效激发学生自主学习热情,强化腧穴记忆,提升学习效率,具有较强的应用优势。

Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with rain classroom in the practice teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion in Western medical university.Methods A total of 54 students majoring in clinical medicine of China Medical University in Grade 2017 were selected as the research object.28 students in the experimental group were given PBL and rain classroom teaching,and 26 students in the control group were given traditional teaching.After the practice course,the teaching effects(test scores and teaching satisfaction)of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.43%(27/28),which was higher than that of control group(57.69%,15/26)(P<0.01).Conclusion In the practice teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion in Western medical university,PBL combined with rain classroom can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of autonomous learning,strengthen acupoint memory and improve learning efficiency,which has strong application advantages.
